AB0884-HPR PERSONALISED TREATMENT GOALS IN PATIENTS WITH IMMUNE MEDIATED INFLAMMATORY DISEASE

Background: Immune mediated inflammatory diseases (IMIDs) often have a chronic character and large impact on daily life of patients. In order to provide patient-centred care, insight in personal goals is key issue. Objectives: The aim this study was evaluate treatment patients with IMIDs over time. Methods: Patients were invited complete self-designed questionnaire about lifestyle, perceived care at their first visit our centre one year after referral. Clinical information collected through the electronic patient record system. Results: 41 (30%) 137 invited, completed both questionnaires. Participants had mean age 45.6 years (SD 13.4), N=35 (83%) female, disease duration 12.7 12.7). diagnosed connective tissue (CTD, n=19; 45%), antiphospholipid syndrome (APS, n=10; 24%), arthritis (n=7; 17%) psoriasis 17%). We identified six categories goals: related, functioning, emotional wellbeing. Figure 1 shows reported baseline follow-up. Most frequently mentioned related disease, lifestyle functioning. At follow-up we observed vast increase psychological wellbeing (from 5% 16%). APS chose lifestyle-related more than other (RR=3.2; p=0.015). CTDs related-goals less (RR=0.4; p=0.002). did not report significant progress reaching Likert scale 1-10. However, 90% 83% follow-up, that provided addressing issues they personally prioritized. Conclusion: IMID patients’ most frequent relate activity, change during treatment.
